On December 30, Director Heo Min of the National Heritage Administration visited our training center and toured the Marianne and Margaret Memorial Hall.
In November of this year, the National Heritage Administration selected ten items, including the bread mold and milk powder container used by the two nurses, Marianne and Margaret, as preliminary cultural heritage under the name 'Sorokdo Marianne and Margaret Treatment and Care Tools.'
In response, our memorial hall has prepared a special exhibition titled 'Temperature' to honor the spirit of dedication of Marianne and Margaret.
Director Heo Min toured the bread mold and milk powder container in the 'Temperature' hall and placed his hand on the copper plate made with the handprints of the two nurses, promising that the National Heritage Administration will join in preserving the relics that embody their dedication and in inheriting their historical value.
Our foundation presented Gugelhupf cake, which Marianne and Margaret shared on joyful days, to all the guests from the National Heritage Administration, Jeollanam-do, and Goheung County, expressing our gratitude to those who visited us.
