After graduating from the Innsbrook Nursing School in Austria (1955), they came to Sorok Island in their late 20s
when they heard that Sorok Island needed nurses. After volunteering for Hansen patients for 39 to 43 years in Sorok Island,
they left quietly on November 22, 2005, leaving only two letters saying that they did not want to cause inconvenience
to Sorok Island due to their old age.
