After hearing the story of the 200,000 won miracle that started with Nokdong middle school students, Dr. Lee Jong-eon and his spouse from Joyful Dental Clinic in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, visited the Jirisan Piagol Retreat House and donated 3 million won as scholarships for the students. They have pledged to donate 3 million won annually to the foundation, and in accordance with their wishes, the foundation has named it the Samuel Scholarship, which is awarded each year to impoverished children in Cambodia.
