Marianne & Margaret

On July 11, after attending a lecture by Father Kim Yeon-jun at Nokdong Elementary School and watching a video about Marianne and Margaret, the 5th-grade students of Nokdong Elementary School voluntarily discussed and decided to write letters to their grandmother, visit the M residence where they lived, cultivate a vegetable garden, sell handmade items, carry out sharing projects with friends, and gather profits through the Mama Market to create donation funds as gifts for the two individuals. They used these activities to create a video and gather donations, and purchased two sets of clothes, which they directly delivered to Marianne in Austria through the staff of the Marianne and Margaret Association. Touched by this gesture, Marianne gifted ice cream to the Nokdong Elementary School students. It was a precious time where the students received and gave a gift that went beyond material presents, as they were shown the delivery of their efforts directly in Austria.
