Our foundation has awarded volunteer scholarships to 36 elementary, middle, and high school students in the Goheung area, spreading the noble spirit of sharing and service of Marianne and Margaret, who dedicated their lives to Sorokdo, to the local community.
This 3rd Volunteer Scholarship has been continuously conducted for three years since February 2022, after signing a business agreement with the Goheung Office of Education in Jeollanam-do, to encourage students with a strong spirit of service and to spread the values of sharing and consideration.
The annual 10 million won volunteer scholarship is evaluated as an important opportunity not only to provide financial support to local students but also to reflect on the value of service and convey the love of Marianne and Margaret.
It is expected that the Marianne and Margaret Volunteer Scholarship will play a significant role in spreading sharing, hope, and consideration within the region in the future.
